The 2025 Gold Wing is still based on the GL1800 platform, powered by an 1833cc, liquid-cooled, flat-six-cylinder engine that delivers super-smooth power and generates high torque.

This engine is paired with two transmission options: a six-speed manual with reverse gear and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission with forward and reverse “walking mode.”
Handling & Comfort
Regarding the handling and comfort of this 2025 model, it features double wishbone suspension at the front and Showa Pro Link shock suspension at the rear.
It also features Honda’s 6Access IMU system, which controls braking, traction, and ride modes. It offers four riding modes: Tour, Sport, Economy, and Rain.
It also comes with heated seats and grips, hill start assist, and electronically adjustable rear preload. These features are standard on all variants.
Technology & Updates (2025 Special Changes)
Speaking of new features and updates, Honda has removed the built-in navigation system from the 2025 Gold Wing and added wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, meaning you can now map to it using your smartphone.
