Maruti Suzuki’s Dzire, the sedan segment’s model-wise sales breakup, is ranked number 1 in September 2025, with total sales of 20,028 units in September 2025 compared to just 10,853 units in September 2024, representing an annual growth of 85% and a monthly growth of 21%, compared to only 16,509 units sold in August 2025.

The Maruti Swift, the most-sold hatchback, is ranked number 2, with total sales of 15,547 units in September 2025 compared to 16,241 units in September 2024. This represents a 4% decrease in annual growth and a 26% increase in monthly growth, compared to 12,385 units sold in August 2025.
