2025 Tata Nexon Launched: As we all know, Tata Motor’s most popular compact SUV, the Nexon, is also the company’s most-sold compact SUV.
Its electric variants previously featured ADAS. However, Tata Motors has now introduced Advanced Driver Assistant System technology in petrol variants as well, details of which will be provided in today’s article.
Tata Nexon ADAS Update (2025)
Let us tell you that now Tata Motors’ SUVs will also be equipped with an Advanced Driver Assistant System, a level-two safety technology that automatically controls certain driving functions such as braking, steering assist, and lane management. This system alerts the driver and can also take action in emergencies.

For your information, this ADAS feature is available only in the top end variant – Nexon Fearless +PS (DCA). This variant has now become costlier by Rs 27,000 as compared to the normal Fearless Plus PS DCA model.
The ex-showroom price of the normal Nexon Fearless Plus PS DCA variant starts at Rs 13.26 lakh, whereas the new ex-showroom price of this updated 2025 ADAS variant starts at Rs 13.53 lakh, which is approximately Rs 27,000 more expensive.
New Nexon Red Dark Edition Launched
Tata has also introduced a Red Dark Edition, featuring a special Black Plus Red interior finish, red brake calipers, and premium upholstery.
This Red Darkness is no longer limited to electric vehicles or diesel, but is now available on petrol, diesel, and CNG.
The updated Tata Nexon will also feature a Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistant System, which includes safety features such as Forward Collision Warning, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Land Departure Warning, Lane Keep Assist, High Beam Assist, and Traffic Sign Recognition.
